It is an IPA (Income payment arrangement) lasts for 3 years. The IVA is a different process and nothing to do with Bankruptcy.

im am the worst worrier in the world and iv done it and come through it all un harmed so far .
i emptied all my accounts of money the week b4 i went to court .Official DFW NERD 189

Only if you are sure you can afford it and you are ready. Make sure there are plenty of appointments at court as they are very busy. Also think about Xmas you know... I am just worried that the OR will complain about me taking the money out and that the creditors will start phoning again and telling me that I should have filed by now thats all0 -

The courts told me I could probably see the judge the day after I give the papers in0
