why would it even be a copyright issue if its a quality photo, with you in it? even if you paid a studio for the shots, you own the copyright, the photos, and the original film or digital files?
Not unless you've specifically paid for that- it isn't standardly included.
Find a lab you like, explain how you take the images, and that'll prevent any issues later. Plus, if you do find a printer you like, they'll print the way you want, with corrections etc you specify.
I've a list in my head of corrections from working as a processor for specific customers- god knows I can't recall their names, but could print to their satisfaction if I saw them tomorrow- and it's been a few years since I processed.
