Strangely, i'm not an F1 fan. Shame i missed the programme about Graham Hill. Thats around the time when i was, interested in F1.

Pet, pet , pet, pet, motoring hate

People who pootle along in the middle lane of a motorway, when theres nothing on the inside lane for the forseeable future. So i then have to decide whether to take a long detour, or cough, splutter, the shorter route. I invariably take the long detour, using various expletives along the way.

I've often tried to remember the lowest price i paid for petrol, and i've a feeling it was 39.9. possibly 29.9, but i definitely remember thinknig it was expensive when it rose to 49.9. Now i'm not sure if that was per gallon or per litre?

Those were the days huh? Now at £1.26 per litre, and 20-23 mpg, its no joke, anymore.

Ah, but statistically, at least, my car will always only do 20 mpg, regardless of the price of petrol per gallon, ( or litre ).

I need a car that does 50 mpg...............................

Just reading the thread about people starting to panic about petrol, due to all this unrest, in Libya. Does'nt matter to me, particularly, because i'm back to the financial state, again, where i've no money to put petrol in my car, anyway, until i've been paid again.

That reminds me, must check my tyre pressures - wrong pressures can add to fuel consumption, apparently. And wash the thing - now, do I get the bucket and sponge out or take it to the £2 a go car wash? Decisions, decisions....

Thats a real worry, sw. I have enough petrol to get to work this weekend, and £10 in my pocket, which will get me to work on monday. After that? Who knows. When that £10 has gone, its gone.

I've had a reasonably good week workwise, and its a week since i was discharged, and with the news the house has sold, maybe i'll soon be able to put that chapter of my life behind me. I don't want to talk about bankruptcy and repossession, anymore. Its like a nightmare, that happened to someone else now, and the easiest way is to blank it, like i do with so many things. At least i don't feel like i'm carrying a concrete block around on my head anymore. I'm able to think more clearly now.

With that thinking more clearly, i was trying to think positively on the ways i can start to move forward, but that still seems as far from reality, as it ever did. It says in my signature, i'll let you know when i'm debt free. It will stay in my signature for now. My target, to be debt free by the summer, but maybe i should be a realist, and hope to be debt free by the end of the year. I'm still continuously worrying how i'm going to pay my next bills, and when money will be deposited into my account. The only consolation this week being, that others are struggling, the same as me. Someone else who has no money this weekend, because they've not been paid today. But i was'nt expecting to be paid today. I wish i was.

So back to the state where the money has run out, and £600 in dd's due to be taken out of my account, in the next week. 100% stress. Well, no, i don't feel that stressed because i'm used to living like this, but i feel despondent. Where is the money going to come from? Hopefully from the person who said they take 45 days to pay, 30 days ago. I'll have to systematically cancel dd's, next week. I can't afford to lose my bank account, even if i lose everything else, for messing them around. Still. If you have'nt got the money, you have'nt got the money. Just check my account everyday, and hope. I knew march was going to be the most diffcult month, particularly the beginning. If i can just get through march.

For now, its not being realistic thinking how i'm going to change my life. I've been fed up with the politics at work, this week. I can't be doing with it, so for the most part i ignore it. I should think about changing, for my own sanity, but the realism creeps in and i know i've got to stick with it, until i DO become debt free, at last. A year after bankruptcy and i'm no better off financially, and won't be, whilst i have this very unpredictable job, I need a proper job, as they say. But truth is, a proper job, is just not me. So for now, i've bought my pint of milk yesterday, and a loaf of bread today, and its back to the staples in the cupboard, i had the foresight, to buy.

At least i've got a few bits and bobs sorted, as well. Got my driving licence and registration documents back from d * , so at least thats sorted. Received a letter regarding going back for my next checkup, last week, and finally remembered to make the appointment for that, today. So its back to the waiting game for that one, again. Go for the tests, and wait for the results, again. Disconcerting in some ways, they are pretty keen. I'm still ambivalent towards ' it '. Maybe i can stop having checkups. Going for a break

I forgot, beanie. I've had a look at tickets, ( on my birthday ). They were very cheap, but i just can't afford them right now. Possibly later in the year, when i have the funds?

So, to bed. I'm cream crackered again. Be an illusionist, again, pretend i'm something, i'm not. Go to work tomorrow, laugh and joke with people enjoying a day out, and pretend that all is well, in my world.
