£4.50 is very good, but I can understand that's not only money that's already needed elsewhere, but a big physical and mental strain.

I don't know the answer to going out but there is a tension you have to keep, not only because it's unavoidable but for your state of mind. Obviously you need to go out for the PO, launderette etc., but you don't want to risk an accident. Neither would it help to be shut in, even if you could arrange that. :( In fact, I think it's another one to mention to your doctor when you see them.

Keeping as mobile as you can is vital of course, but so is not overdoing it. Perhaps the good people here can come up with some ideas? I will start my brain into ticking over mode, which can take a while but might be of some help. :)

Have you got appointments today? I was going to have a leisurely morning enjoying DH's company but that has been re-arranged. Hope to catch up with you later.

Yes ,i have two appointments today.

On balance, it would be much safer and far easier to come on the train, but the cheapest i can find is £46.00 and that is more than reasonable. :o

Oops, cross posted with you there. :o

I hope those appointments go well. It may not be a bleurgh day after all. Get some porridge inside you and a cup of EG and see if that helps? :)

Just about to. :) Sometimes i forget to have breakfast until lunchtime. :o

Just thinking about the cost of the coach tickets, that's per single ticket, and if you add the cost of getting to the coach terminal, that equates to £32, so there's not a great deal of difference.

You are right, but i'm already on a downward spiralling bleurgh day, today, and i don't even know why? Breakfast? So much to still sort out.

Look after yourself first (breakfast /tea). When I go on a downspin, there's generally something I'm not talking to myself about, and once that's out in the open I have to find steps to go forward. Sometimes it's something you can do something about, sometimes it isn't - in which case you come on here and Beanie says 'Keep plodding' and Miggy says 'Make tea' and other people say whatever their version is of 'I can't change it either but if I could be there and hold your hand, I would'.

One hurdle at a time. Eat first. :)

Time out. I just don't go into a downspin, i am so stressed i can't control myself. However. I will try and search for a dipstick. They had best not say they haven't got one.
