How are you this afternoon? Methinks you need to hand over this not feeling well business to your doctor, that's what they're there for. :)

I don't feel well. I struggled at the gym, but still managed to achieve what i wanted to. Just. I never give up, do i? despite? I do at least feel my outer body is cleansed, if not my mind, and innards, although i found it impossible to relax in steam room and sauna. There is so much going round my head, it just won't switch off, as hard as i try to empty it. The techniques aren't working. I felt very ill in the steam roon, and it makes me realise i shouldn't be going in unsupervised as it's so easy to fall, and i almost passed out on the way out. Still, i'm not ill, am i?

Ani is now up and running. I am pleased with my new wm. No. Estatic.Everyone happy. Car fixed for next to nowt. It didn't take long. Even my windows work, ( for now.) Just needs some cosmetic surgery, to finish the job. I can't find my t cut, but as it's the least of my worries, it will have to wait. The bad news is, i asked about the rust spot, which is fine and doesn't pose an mot fail. However, mechanic found one on the other side, which has apparently been there a long time, which does mean an mot fail, ( also something to do with the pool of water i have in my car.) £200 to have the job done properly, or £60 to get it through it's mot. I'm not even going to think about it, right now. The mot is next year, and next year is an eternity away. The joy of old cars. Still, there's nowt like them.

I now feel very ill, i'm exhausted and i am taking some time out of life.I am not hungry and can't be bothered to cook, but i have a bit of fruit to keep me going. I have a heavy week with various appointments next week. If i ever get that far. I don't want to think about anything.

Ani i'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with miggy in the advise to see a doc, you've been feeling unwell like this for far too long - as a wage slave who visits the doc very rarely and still cries when I see my tax and NI deductions, I demand you use some of my NHS allocation xx

btw, I read somewhere that if you're trying to sleep / relax, think of white - that's supposed to work - perhaps that where the idea of counting sheep came from?

How is today treating you? It bothers me you have been feeling so rough. I hope you've been able to get out into the garden.

As someone who works in the caring sector, Kerri, may I say you would fit in seamlessly. :D
