Life after bankruptcy?
Comments
-
Despite going to bed earlier than i have in a while, i've still woken up feeling tired. Got to get it together today and visit the people who helped me through my bankruptcy. I'm more than embarrasseed i'm back there again seeking help with debt problems, although they are on a miniscule scale compared to before. Although wr can help with benefits, they can't help with the loan. Ah well. Best get everything together. I think thats it for today. Maybe make a start on the hanging baskets later? Such is my day. Does that sound like resignation? or lethargy.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Here's a virtual packet of Hobnobs to give you energy for the magical number of posts (though I have a feeling it may require more for another star?)
I hope the meeting goes well and your energy picks up. Mine will be fine thanks - it's just my work isn't covered by the Working Time Directive so I get weird combinations of shifts: yesterday I'd worked all night and was back in from 4-9, but the shift itself was okay.
By the way I'm getting lost in the abbreviations (not just yours, most people's) so if I have a polite but bewildered look as I nod and smile, please bear with me.You don't have to spell them out, (I never know my way round these things anyway), just remember if you want me to look in the slightest bit intelligent you will have to show me garden.
(Even virtually).

Ok. Stop messing around. Just received a call from ta, and they are looking to sort out my tax rebate for me.YIPEEEEEEE. Still got to wait till the end of the month before that happens, though. Though shalt provide for oneself. Do not expect the welfare state to provide for you. Oh, No.Also got an item repaired for me free of charge today. YIPEEEEEE. There are some nice kind souls, after all. I haven't taken it for repair for months, because i knew i couldn't afford it. Ok. Just putting off the hard work. *** advisor made an appointment for this thursday, to help me with my court claim which has been on hold for the best part of a year, ( and also a part of the stress i've been under.) Now all i have to do is get everything together. Oh jeez. Its going to take me days i haven't got, but i need money. NOW, and this is the only way without selling ani, ( which i will never do,) or selling my furniture, ( which i'm seriously contemplating.)Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Ok. I'm now having silly moments, as it's the only way i can deal with it, right now. To see the funny side of it all. Except its not funny at all. I'm now even more worried after reading some of the comments about esa on the benefits board. This could take months and months, causing me to go even further into debt, if i take crisis loans. This is the last thing i want to do. I can probably survive the next round of dd's, but with wtc likely to be stopped this week, what next? Tax rebate is not money in bank account yet, or for some considerable time. Was it as long ago as january and february when the taxman took most of my pay? Everyone said, don't worry, you'll get it back. Yes, but i needed it then. I need it now. Since dwp is pie in the sky. I just have this gut feeling about it. Wr has said its taking too long. No one knows what's going on, least of all dwp. Its easy to go on a downer again. Highs and lows. I spent four hours looking for my key black book of info. Can't take anyone to court, without that. Didn't remember seeing it since before the last move. Then i remembered i had referred to it here.Turned the place upside down and now its even more of a mess. At least i found the little black book.Thank God. I still don't know if i'll be able to put everything together for thursday. The sooner the better? I've got to try and keep seeing the funny side, rather than the dark side. Just imagine if i were evicted? Wr say if the dwp has messed up, its good cause for the housing to keep their files open. But lets face it, its been one appeal after the other, since i moved in here. I just can't believe its may.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Got to smile at that, miggy
Just be thankful you're not in a position to understand what they mean. It looks more painful, when you see them in their entirety
Aaah garden. I wasn't florally creative, today. Definitely, definitely, definitely no more spending on flora, now.
Yeah,ok. Maybe you could send me the contents of your garden, then. Someone is going to have a magnificent garden here, ( even if i do say so myself.) Coming from someone who is horticulturally challenged. I wonder what the holly will look like at xmas? The previous occupier even put the dreaded holly and ivy together. They'd been listening to too many xmas carols.Debt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?
