Ended up reading an interview with him about doing a Vegas-style Merchant of Venice - so that's intellectual... isn't it?!

hmmm let me think about it....

just remembered I asked someone something about their sig, can't remember what thread it was, and I have been ignoring some threads. They probably replied!

Quick. Let's have a Star Trek, Deep Space Nine, and every other Star Trek spin off party and a massive Dr Who party with Daleks before ani gets back....:D

I love it, barmpots. Know where you are from then. ;)

I'm not sure i agree with the literal translation. I've always used it more as an affectionate term, ( not that i'd ever openly admit it here ). :p

All the best people, salt of the earth, and all that. Says alot about who i am :rotfl:

I hope your ds is feeling a bit better now, ( or at least you are ) xx

meant to post here earlier but been busy.

Ani, it is the summer solstice, the longest day of the year! Boy am I going to need it!

DS is feeling better, this morning 9.30am... "when are we going out?" sorry son, no going out for you.

So he has been playing in the garden with DH. Work has agreed I can work from home to make up my hours and I will be paid for it, only managed 2 hours today  so see me up for a few hours tonight!

but reading some reports I am being lumbered with more work! And if I hadn't read them, wouldn't even know about it! I think I need my job description to be re-written so I know exactly what I am doing!

work is a menace! we have an audit next week, that I have no record of and I am not back until monday and nothing has been prepped for it!

the problem with a manager who drinks and comes to work and drinks more at lunchtime...

yep, the nicest people do come from that area! hmmm wonder if you are kind of close to someone else on mse?

anyway meant to say, if you are still having problems with your pC, ask the techie guys on mse, they maybe able to help.

    hope you are ok. otherwise.

Ooops, yes , i know its the longest day. Winter is a coming, the nights will start drawing in and everything will turn golden brown, again. Pessimism or fact? September, my favourite month. Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness
