Steve Jobs email address is wrong as I have pointed out to Sir Marcus many times. Its widely known as sjobs@apple.com not steve.jobs@apple.com as you have on the site. First Name, Surname is not the format Apple use, I have contacts within Apple and there is no format that they follow.

Both those addresses are equally valid for Steve Jobs.

Do you have any other constructive input?

    Thanks!

    1) Don't you mean 'sirmarcus and I are not the same person? Forgot which account you're logged into?

    2) You can use multiquote and post editing.

    3) Do you have a response to my earlier comments?

    4) I know my CEO's email address is incorrect

So you're Marcus Williamson, but not Sirmarcus?

It is often more effective contacting the person the ceo will pass a complaint too. I doubt you'll find out who this is though. Sometimes head of legal, sometimes head of customer service, sometimes sales. They are the people that actually do stuff, and have the power to do pretty much what they want. Not sure that there is really much value in spamming a ceo.

Which e-mail addresses do you believe are wrong?

Can you say more about the other reasons?

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

Strategically, if you want to get your complaint resolved in the quickest possible way, emailing the ceo cold is not a good idea.
