The e-mail addresses have all been individually researched and are real. Try them out, they do work!

I take it you have emailed each person on that list then and got a response from the CEO then?

you must run the site then, or how else do you know that "The e-mail addresses have all been individually researched and are real. Try them out, they do work!"?
  • Even if some of them are the correct email addresses of the CEOs, as soon as they have been published on that site and people start using them they will soon become the ex email addresses of these CEOs. Like it or not a CEO's job function is not to deal with individual customer service enquiries. And their PA will become the poor person who has to sort his/her real emails out.

Really? I've just checked the one for my CEO and it's wrong.

Yes, I do run the site. I'm very puzzled by the attitude of some members of this forum to the site.

What is it about it publishing CEOs' real e-mail addresses that bothers some people so much?

    Thanks!

    Do you also run :-

    Yes, that's the same site.

But I am not the user "sirmarcus" who frequently posts about the site here on MSE.

You can read more about the site in the Contacts section.

Hey, what a coincidence, could that be our very own SirMarcus

Methinks, someone is taking MSE'ers for fools.

    Hope that helps

But if customer service is bad then it is the CEO's job to make sure that customer service is improved. If customer service is working well then the CEO will not be bothered by customers who are not getting good "service".
