Tell her Nargleblast was asking after her, and hope she is enjoying her trip back to the glorious North! And how is the capital of the fens, flat as ever? (I was born and bred in that town and still have some family there so take the odd trip there now and then).

  • Hello everyone :)

Evening to all the friends of 3Dogs' thread and welcome to Frosty, I'm new too here but feel very welcome.

Had a good day with mother in law although lost a contact lens so have been walking round all bong eyed. What a state as I am rather poorly sighted to in order to see I had to shut one ye. So pleased I wasn't driving.

How has everyone's day been? Steinbeck Kit, should I give it a go or is it a 'difficult' read?

  • Ergh, chores. I have been following the 'flylady' thread on Oldstyle, they take the thinking out of cleaning, you just do as you're told everyday and find the house is clean tidy and organised without having to think about it.......... if only it could do the work though!

Lol I spent all day saturday cleaning as Kit was coming to visit on Sunday. But have found that when Kit was eating my Apple cake she was dropping crumbs on the floor..
