Mr 3D - I think Tart Alert is something to do with "tarting around" with credit cards - as in switching money from one to another to get the best interest rate deals. A tart alert would be a new piece of info for those who are interested in this sort of thing. Not me, as my cards were consigned to the rubbish bin a couple of years ago.
