Hi again everyone - so glad to see lots of you posting

An yes, Mr & Mrs 3Dogs did certainly rest - I went straight to sleep when my head hit the pillow ad hubbie stayed up an hour to watch his footie. I didn't even wake when he came back to bed and the next thing I remember is glancing at the clock at 12.30 pm but went immediately back to dee sleep and wew did not wake up till 3.45 pm

Hubbie got up and took doggies out for a short walk and I stayed in bed for another quarter of an hour. Then I chopped up fruit (yes, more melons - honeydew and galia this week) while he washed up a huge pile of dishes. so we have now settled down in front of the tele watching more footie with an ice cream cone each - yum yum.
I'm just in my PJ's and fleece dressing gown - hubbie says the wind is bitter outside. Oh, and it did keep on raining this morning so it was definitely the right decision not to stall out ;)

Sinuses were very painful when we were sitting in car boot cafe this morning - I was warming my fingers on my cup and holding them across the top of my face - the left side has been much worse than the right. But they seem OK now. Oh and I get hayfever too but seems to have settled down alot as I get older if thatis any help to you. My hayfever started in the spring of 1969 just when I was revising for my GCE O'levels. I had desensitising injections in 1982 for 3 years, weekly from Jan to May, and it helped a bit but then we moved down this area in June 1985 and the pollens & things areall different so it tarted up all over again. I take my hayfever tablets all year round as I am allergic to dusts, perfumes, etc, and get a nasal spray if needed in the summer, but, as say, I don't have it anything like I used to - fingers crossed. Does yours appear in just the summer, or early/late (mine was really bad early/late as it was nettles and tree pollens). Have you ever has the tests to see which upset you most?

Mine start's with the tree pollen,so about march kick off then last till the last of the flower's finish,so depending on the wather up to October/november. I aslo take the tablet's year round, but find if I also take the local hunny it dos'nt seem to be as bad. Rapeseed is 1 of the worse thing's for me. And sorry but I'v got to go OH need's a hand ,will be back later tonight if I can stay awake.
