Me too. I typed such a long post but then i deleted it!!!

Morning all. What a nice welcome, i don't feel alone when i am on this thread. We are in good company.

Mr and Mrs 3Dogs, you must rest today and pamper yourselves.

Boult you must keep posting as you are v funny and nice.

FFC dont get confused, everyone that posts on here is v nice and kind and we have nothing to be scared of. Angel is a lovely friend, she is clever too!!!!

Beanie, I am frozen i might put my heating on. It must be vvv cold up north.

I shall keep my 'puter on but i will have to keep doing housework and resting a bit too. I will iron clothes today. I will. I will. (If i keep saying this i will hypnotise myself i hope!!!) Have a good morning all.

First load of washing is on the line. It is bright now but v windy. Perfect for drying. I fell asleep. I wonder how tired Steve will be as the boys had to go on and see a friend after me. Now i must tidy the kitchen.

I dont think so but it was vvv windy and chilly. Now it is bright but windy. Have a lovely walk and tell us what you see up north. Does anyone remember Mr Ben (TV programme) he always went for walks. I still remember the music. I loved it.

Afternoon everyone

Well I live in Scotland and although its definately a crisp (bit nippy!) autumn day, the sun is shining. We don't see that a lot up here!:rotfl:

I absolutely refuse to put my heating on until the very last minute!!!

I am hoping to keep it off until at least mid October, so fingers crossed.


3Dogs, I would have just taken one look out of the window and gone straight back to bed with hubby!. Well done for getting up in the first place, at some ungodly hour!!

I have a little union jack blanket on!!! I have accidentally put some Cillit Bang into a white wash (i thought it was Vanish), Luckily it is only white towels i hope they survive!!! Still the house is starting to look much better, now i am clearing up.
