    In a week I am only part time now so 17 hours teaching and 4 hours admin but it takes much longer usually. I will pop in tomorrow and do some work at College but I will totally chill as i am doing it. I feel so happy at the moment, i hope it lasts.

    That's why your sugars are steady at the moment SW - I think stress is worst for your diabetes than the food you eat, in your case anyway
