Actually, my arthritis is very good at the moment - losing some weight has helped as far as my feet, knees and hips are concerned. when I got to my 4 stone lost, Mr 3Dogs made a bag of bits of metal, tools, etc that weighed exactly 4 stone and took it into class for everyone to show how much 4 stone really was - and I couldn't lift the bag off the ground :eek:
This week in class, Mr 3Dogs had bought a 14 lb weight, the sort you would use on large scales, and I put it in a box and wrapped it up for the consultant who passed it round the class and everyone had to guess how much it weighed - people thought anything between 14 lb and 4 stone !! But the point of it was for the consultant to show how much you could lose running up to Christmas (11 weeks)

I go down to the car boot with Mr 3Dogs for 7.30 am tomorrow morning, then at 9 am I go to help slimming consulant with her new 10 am class till about 11 am, then back to car boot to see Mr 3Dogs and we might have our lunch at the car boot cafe then pop to the aucton for a look around - normal Tuesday for me
