Yeah not bad, although I had to go into work late as I pulled a muscle in the bottom of my back. I think I did it playing badminton yesterday but it got worse and worse during the night. I did the same this time last year and just had to take painkillers for a few days. Hope it is ok for my first league match on Thursday

Mr 3Dogs got to his target weight earlier this year after losing 7 1/2 stone and was in the National Semi-Finals/finals of the Sl*mm*ng W*orld Man of the Year competition, though he didn't win. He put 10 1/2 pounds on from our Royal Scotsman Orient Express holiday in July and has struggled to get back to target since, but tonight he made the commitment to get back to target before Christmas
I have lost weight much slower than him, mainly due to lack of mobility, but hving lost 4 stone 3 pounds, I still have a long way to go for my target weight, but I will get thereMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Aww sorry to hear about you pulling a muscle in your back which is also painful when you try to move and not good to sit for too long. Good luck in the league for Thursday. :T0 -

As promised here is the recipe for what is quite simply the best choc cake ever.
Enjoy
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
4 medium eggs
170g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g ground almonds
200g butter, melted and cooled until tepid
Icing sugar, to serve
MethodLine the base of a 24cm-diameter, round cake tin with non-stick baking parchment and grease the sides.Preheat the oven to 170°C, gas mark. Blitz the chocolate in a food processor until it is finely chopped, though still retaining a little texture. If you don't have a processor, chop the chocolate finely with a large knife. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is pale, moussey and thick enough to hold a trail on its surface when you lift the beaters; this should take about 10 minutes. Fold in the chocolate, almonds and butter. Spoon into the prepared cake tin, and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until just firm to the touch. Leave to cool in the tin, then turn out. Dust the surface with icing sugar before serving, in wedges, with a little fruit, and a spoonful of crème fraîcheDFW#972 LBM2 (09/07/12) £25938.84; Current £23783.35;Credit Credit Card1 £128.47/£6424.24 (2%);Credit Card2 £443.86/£15663.25 (2.8%); Overdraft £0/£2500 (0%)0 -
