Welcome Phil to 3Dogs lovely thread.
Well hired a shopmobility scooter today & it was ok.

Glad you got on OK with the shopmobility scooter - you might as well use them, that's what they're there for pet :)

I have a confession to make. I didn't do any ironing. I might have to wear pyjamas to work tomorrow. oh dear.

Oh dear indeed - is the college ready for you in PJ's !!! 000205B3.gif

I have had builders here for about 9 weeks now and the garden is so wild. Today was a beautiful day but the grass is too wet and i dont really have the strength to mow it. I might have to hire someone. Oh dear.

I must iron something before bed. I used to love ironing my clothes, now i can't bare it. Yukky poos.

Could you not get someone to do your ironing sw.
Would be worth a small outlay to not have to worry about it.

Just for interests sake, how much does it cost to hire someone to iron? I shouldn't, i will be chucking good money away as i am a lazy so and so! and this building work has so many extra costs i hadn't even thought of. Oh dear!!! I am going to have to start to think again before i spend money, my holiday period is over. Now i have to be an MSE girly again.

Going rate varies I think from about £5.50 an hour right up to really silly prices.

Have you tried a steamer instead of an iron SW? I have one I took on holiday with me and it was fantastic
