Let me see - where was I - later this morning, I got a phone call from friend just before was going back along, to say she needed to get out of the house so she walked (hobbled) round and we had a half an hour natter till she went back round. I watched out for GP calling as arranged at 2 pm but, as he hadn't called by 2.30 pm I went round as I thought she would be getting disappointed and anxious, which she was. We were just chatting about it when the GP phone her - he had not received the fax promisd frm the hospital, sono notes on wat had happened. Friend told him that she had decided to go to her Mum & Dad's, so arranged for him to phone her there, after he chases up hospital.

So later I drove her over to her Mum's, about 15-20 minutes away, in her car, which I left there for her to use if feeling better, and hubbie, who had followed us over, took me home. I have her mobile number anyway but got her Mum's number so will keep in touch to see how she is getting on, and I have a couple of jobs to do for her while she is away. she had told her sister who lives away, her Mum and her Daughter about how she was after getting back from hospital, as they had all been worried when they couldn't get in touch with her las night. She had not wanted to worry her Mum, who is 81, as she had her Dad to look after, who is ill. And her daughter has serious financial and health prolems of her own. However this had left her isolated and feeling very unwanted, and this, together with the pain she is in, had led to such a serious feeling of despair. Hopefully the combination of new medication and being around her family, will help her pull through, as she is such a cheerful lady normally.

I told her that you had been asking about her and she said to say thank you very much
