I love Sam Cooke, it takes me back to Latin lessons in the 80s Remember the Lev*s adverts? We used to sing this, remember when we all thought we were going to be nuked the Cold War, one day a plane flew over our school and all of us looked at each other, I said what shall we do and Jo my friend laughed and said, Hide!!!?

Hiya SW & George - sorry I missed you both but have interwebby problems last night and this morning - still not 100%

Have had a hectic morning - supposed to be taking friend to doctors for 11 am but she hobbled round at 9.30 am in such a state, I rang the doctors and her doctor rang back but he couldn't get out to see her today. so I arrangeda wheelchair for her and took her in for her 11 am apointment and he came to see her in another room (stairs up and down - old building) He gave her some tablets and is coming to see her at home tomorrow. She was at her wits end with how she feels and the pains, and was desparate. I stayed at hers talking non-stop to her till 1.15 pm and she felt a lot better, so shewas going to try to sleep this afternoon. I will call in tonight to check on her, when we get back in

So I've now had my shower and we are on our way out to slimming class :eek: Be back later folks - subject to time and interwebby, of course. I do want to speak to George on here lter, so I will get on one way or another

Just got in from my night class. 3 Dogs sent a text that i have only just opened. She was in her slimming class and heard her friend was rushed off in an ambulance and she also left to keep her company at 6pmish. Oh dear. Her mobile is switched off as she is in hospital.
