OMG, thats a shock. I've just had a look at the website, because i've not looked for weeks, and my house says sold subject to contract. Its a desirable house. I bet i know who has bought it.

I honestly never thought i'd get to this place,and i know i'm extremely fortunate to ' escape ' an ipo and bro. Hi Its EXACTLY one week since my bankruptcy, so far the biggest change is not having a bank account although that is in hand as the co operative Bank have been very helpful and non judgemental. The bankruptcy form took me a whole week to fill in and made me thoroughly depressed, but the court clerk said it was the most detailed form she had ever seen. I got the forms from the insolvency website, The court told me what forms to get.You must take advice if you are considering bankruptcy as the judge must feel that you have been advised properly, I took copies of my advice to court with me. The jugde didn't even ask to see me. After 5 years of a living nightmare I am sleeping like a baby. My friends have fed me, taken me out and generally propped me up emotionally during this process.Don't suffer in silence would be my advice. Lots of help and support around easy to find on the internet and you need not pay for advice. CCCS ver good also a site called Piggy bankrupt. No need to pay someone to help you its reasonably straight forward...

Bankruptcy is something i have filed away at the back of the memory banks.
