Well I'm a day behind with Sammy's challenge and not sure I have the energy to play catch-up.

Pooky - I think mine are fairly easy to work out. No 1 on my list is to live with my OH and that can't come quick enough for me! No 2 is for my children to be healthy and happy. Everything else can wait but it's good to have plans.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T
  • 1) *I smile about one thing daily
    2) *I have full time job
    3) *I have a savings pot that grows monthly
    4) *I have a little Fiat car ready for me to use

?) *My little brother has a stable job

And on that note I am off to bed :rotfl:

I'd fry it off first Ames - like Elfen says it will get rid of some of the fat/oils and will crisp up a bit.

I've been thinking about these challenges, whilst I came up with 10 things that I want from life, I've no huge desire to run out and achieve them.....it's either down right laziness or because I'm actually really happy with who I am and where I am right now. I always got told off for having no ambition or drive but from my way of thinking things will come in time if they're meant to be....in the mean time I'm happy to fiddle-faddle along making the most of "here and now".

No offence to anyone here but I look at some of the things that others want to attain or achieve and wonder what drives them, why do they feel the need to go to so much effort for something - will it really make them happier or a better person or will the goals change when they get nearer.

I'd be interested to hear why some of you want the things you want.

    :D

I want to know that I've made a difference in a child's life and saved them from suffering. Somehow, on a wing and a prayer, I struggled through secondary school despite the bullying, got onto Sixth Form and uni and got my confidence back. But I look at the people I know who didn't and wish there was something that could've been done about it. Two of my friends are jobless, relationshipless and have no self-confidence years after leaving school and my boyfriend still struggles to make friends out of shyness. I think I might actually be the only friend he's got. :( I can't do anything to change what happened in the past for them but I can stop it happening again. And there's one thing I really have to remember, no matter how tough things get, so I'm going to put it in bold. If I give up on my dreams, the bullies have won.

And on the topic of dreams, I'd better go to bed now. I think this challenge is really helping me, I seem to be needing less sleep and be waking up more ready for the day. So thanks, sammy. Maybe you and Luc could do a joint challenge next time.
