Hugs to everyone. I know nothing about Choriso ames - can you google for advice?

    My goals are:

1 - to be Chartered in my profession by the end of October 2010
2 - To hand in my masters dissertation in May 2011
3 - to Graduate in Sept 2011 (for which I must hand in in May, hence step 2 above).

I need to do some house ones, but these are key to me for security and benefiting from all the money we've spent on my education.

Ames, it shouldn't need more than a few minutes, depending on how thick/big the bits are....so you could fry it off then put it on the cheese....it also gets rid of some of the fat in it too or it can be fatty.

I'd fry it off first Ames - like Elfen says it will get rid of some of the fat/oils and will crisp up a bit.

I've been thinking about these challenges, whilst I came up with 10 things that I want from life, I've no huge desire to run out and achieve them.....it's either down right laziness or because I'm actually really happy with who I am and where I am right now. I always got told off for having no ambition or drive but from my way of thinking things will come in time if they're meant to be....in the mean time I'm happy to fiddle-faddle along making the most of "here and now".

No offence to anyone here but I look at some of the things that others want to attain or achieve and wonder what drives them, why do they feel the need to go to so much effort for something - will it really make them happier or a better person or will the goals change when they get nearer.

I'd be interested to hear why some of you want the things you want.

I want the professional status as it is a requirement for most jobs at my level so without it my options are limited.

I want a degree partly because many employers want it (alongside the above) so it forms part of the paper sifts for jobs, preventing me getting to interview. These things help me earn the money that keeps us DF and funds a happy life.

I also want the satisfaction of having a degree - I want to complete the achievement of all the hard work I've put in over 7+yrs to get the accademic bits of my professional studies. I want to look at that picture with the hat and think I've completed something so significant as a higher degree.

Well, the girl was supposed to be coming for the printer at 6.30 and she still hasn't been, so I think she's a no show.

And I went to make cheese on toast and realised I don't have cheese. I forgot a few other bits yesterday too so I'm going to go out to Mr.S.
