Those are gorgeous curtains, are you going to start taking orders?!
I'm going to get some of the much talked about Annie Sloan Chalk paint later this week I found this amazing blog dedicated to the stuff yesterdayhttp://shadesofamberinc.blogspot.com/2011/10/our-store.html. I've just booked myself on a chalk paint course (it includes lunch so its frugal honestly!) I'm really looking forward to trying it out. There are many things in life that will catch your eye, only a few will catch your heart. Pursue those.0 -
Can anyone help? I've read dozens of pages of the thread but cant find an answer...I have an orangey pine varnished cupboard I'd like to paint white, I hate sanding with a passsion (and am quite lazy!) so is there any sort of primer I can use that would take away the need for sanding?

Painting a metal bed help, please!
I have a grey metal bed that I would like to paint white. Would it work if I just treated it like a radiator and used a metal primer and metal radiator paint?
I was thinking of spraying but I live in a windy area and it's miserable outside so thinking painting probably easier!
Any ideas gratefully received!0 -

You could use that one but it is a large tub and would last forever. You used to be able to buy a similar thing (made by International I think) in B&Q so you could look there.Spendaholic_Chick wrote: »0
