Good remembering! I don't have kids. I have a live in dog nanny/housekeeper because I have 3 dogs and both OH and I travel outside the country for about a week or more a month and they are miniature dogs so they can't go into a kennel. Basically we couldn't have the jobs we do if we didn't have help and I did not know where to put it on the SOA x
Oh, I see - this is the lady with the unpronounceable name? Fair enough, as the SOA doesn't have an easy category for household employees does it?
I'm glad to hear you had a good break in the 'Dam - just the thing before facing this week. Hope it helps to know all your friends here are thinking of you and wishing you well, and it will soon be over - think how fast a week flies past - by then you'll be healing (and no doubt grateful that you do have a live-in lady to sweat the small stuff, like cooking, washing and dog-walking).
I have been doing some reading about your particular problem, and unless you have very unusual circumstances it would appear that reconstruction should be possible using your own tissue, though there may be quite a wait until you have healed properly from the effects of having 'foreign bodies' inside you. Given the recent scandals about sub-standard materials being used in implants, which then leak, I would say what you are about to have done is a huge positive step on the road to regaining full health.
I'll be thinking of you, sending vibes for strength and healing across the ether..0 -

good morning everyone. NY is in a terrible way and I am very sad. tomorrow is surgery #1 and they have asked me to check in at 630am. I have de-varnished myself in preparation.
Most of yesterday at work was trying to deal with the after effect of Sandy in NY and NJ. Obviously everyone (businesses) wants their service restored asap (and rightly so) but we can't put our installers in danger to go into buildings with flood waters in them, and installing new gear in a wet place still wont help!
I had the horrific task of trying to prioritize what sites we wouls assess first (usually done by NY co-workers but no way to get in touch with them) so I did emergency services and hospitals first, water, heating, government such as FBI/CIA/ATF, Fuel verticals (light, petrol pumps) etc, and then kind of everyone else.
A large coffee company was unhappy with that because shops that were open couldnt take card payments. Like who the F cares if someone cant get a latte? Just give it to them for free. The way people think boggles my mind.Mortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84
