Morning New Leaf - good luck for your consult today.

I have been losing between 1llb and 2lb per week. there is a challenge in the OS boards where lots of us post our daily food intake - you might get some inspiration :D Unfortunately I have had a bad week this week and I have stayed the same but I know why. (I am a crisp addict :o)

so tomorrow is my friend's wedding and I am the matron of honour. I have done my own nails and am going to wake up early, get a hair wash, shave my legs and set my hair in rollers. DIY beauty take up loads of time but I love that I am using up all this stuff I already have!
