I have just seen your last post to Grannyx2 re the menopause.. I too am going through this have you tried Serenity although the flushes are still there it really helps with the mood swings and does lessen the flushes

I have been going through it now nearly a year and it really does suck.. I find the weight gain the hardest.. I too am doing the gym but it comes off at about a 1lb every two weeks and if I slightly have too many glasses of wine, or eat too much it just comes straight back on
