I tried to get my freebies yesterday at The Mall Bristol, but the only one could get was the Chanel Mascara, all of the others were out of stock - but was told to try again as they always get deliveries.

Just got this info in an email from Biotherm:

'Biotherm's latest secret is our key to sealing moisture into your skin: new microfine super hydrator 'Moisture Intense Guard'

Moisture Intense Guard is available at Biotherm counters nationwide from October 16th. Visit a Biotherm counter today to pick up a free sample'.

It also says that samples are available until October 16th, but this is clearly a mistake, I think. I've just received this email - and today is the 17th.

Worth asking.

theres a bit at teh bottom to get a mens sample in taht biotherm email too, id print it off and take it with you coz they can be bugg-ers about samples sometimes!

got 3 chanel mascara samples today, 2 from house of fraser and 1 from debenhams... superb service, i reckon its about 6-7 pounds worth considering the full one cost 16.50. im happpy.

tried 2 estee lauder with 2 vouchers: 3 free perfume samples and the night cream. both claimed they dont have anyy. instead i got a perfume sample of youth dew- a tom ford collection with EL?

anyways this was all in milton keynes.... keep this up everybody!!!

oh yeah and also, i asked about perfume samples in debenhams, and the girl said they dun have any perfume samples.

Take a copy of the web page show it to them and explane its been advertised on the website and you have gone out of your way to collect, if no succes ask for there name and a number for head office. I never leave without some kind of sample!!
House of fraiser ,when i went for issie meaiki sample they said there wernt sent any ,even though it was the end of promotion.The next day i phoned spoke to promotions manager and complaned about rude staff and the fact there was no sample even though its been advertised, who apolagised and sent me out my sample in the post.

Thank you, I think I will give Debenham a call tomorrow and see what they can do for me
