no i don't make the laws.

i make personal decisions on how i see things and interpret them.

the law in each country is the law and it's up to you how you follow those laws. if your actions break the law, it's the way it goes. most people realise when they could break the law and don't do so.

you can even contest the law. people don't like people contesting laws but that's how society has developed in the UK - rightly or wrongly, i really don't know.

    Oh. OK.

Well, thanks for that. I'm off out to laugh at some dwarves. Is that illegal, do you think?

A question has just sprung to mind, how do you classify whether a transgender individual is gay or straight?

these are difficult questions which should be addressed to a grade 7 civil servant on £60kpa.

I guess that is why they are worth so much.

What do you put on the council forms that ask for such information? (apart from sod off and mind your own business)

if there is judgement, from whence does it come?

evolution. those moral beliefs (memes) that most allow survival have evolved with us....and are still evolving. just like genes, they fight it out between themselves for top spot. if we fail to evolve the correct ones we would die out as a species. it's quite possilbe that political islam might be the most successful on an evolutionary level. or it could be that neo-liberalism is. i don't know and i don't expect to be around to find out.

for pretty much anything that religious humans would put down to 'god' you can replace with the concept of evolution.
