O2 broadband issue

I was considering O2 but have read that they throttle your bandwidth for certain types of data download so if you are using any P2P services then you will be restricted.
That only applies to the new o2 subscriptions taken out since 6Sep10 and NOT "legacy" subscribers on the previous and ONGOING Std/Prem/Pro packages.
Otherwise you are right, after advertising all summer about "no niggles", o2 have bizarrely added various NIGGLES to their new packages - I guess they have their reasons but it's stopped the packages being COMPELLING value as they used to be, far more debatable now!
