love film are refusing me a free trial


firstly they said i had one at my household, i have been here 3 weeks, ive never had any account with them and dont know who and if and how the people before did have one.

I advised them to prove to me that had had one before and that i insisted they would not have records of me, i asked them to prove it

they then said that they reserved right to refuse anyone and did not need a reason

this is unacceptable.

anything i can quote at them legally to support this or get a reason off them or demand their complaints prcedure?

im not sure what right I have i just think it seems totally unreasonable that i have been passed a free trial card, and im being refused the right to use it for no specific reason, especially when the initial reason wasnt the case

doesnt exactly want me to pay for it if i cant try it out, i though that was the idea of a trial anyway

well no, I wont but it would have been nice to have the chance/ option

it would be nice to havesome rights as ive done nothing wrong

bloody hell this is all a bit confrontational

all im saying is its a bit off to deny me something without good reason, I know its in their small print etc but its hardly endearing customer service
