I wouldn't wash it again unless it was dirty. Some old stylers deliberately choose to put their washing out at night:

I do leave it out often as it saves me time in the morning. But it rained over night
Will take a peek at the thread suggested.
Thanks

If it smells then I'd rewash it, if it's just a little wet then I'd just get it dry and leave it!
There's nothing worse than putting a cardigan on, getting to work and then realising it absolutely stinks.0 -
I left mine too, but it will stay out for the rest of the day as its looking fine. The only time I put washing back in the machine is if its been out for more than a day and its dripping wet. I give it a rinse and a spin only.0

for stain removal I will often leave a T-shirt on the line. No idea what my husband does to them.
I will bring them in after a week and the stain is gone. I will stick it back in the wash then.

I often leave my washing out overnight usually because Ive forgotten to bring it in. In the winter though I hang my towels out and leave them overnight so they freeze, then leave them to defrost and dry on the line. Result is lovely soft fluffy towels!Sealed Pot Challenge member #982

if the washing gets really wet I put it back in the machine on the rinse and spin cycle with a drop more fabric conditioner or vinegar (whichever I am using at the time). I dont know if its just where I live, but if you leave it dry it smells peculiar!0
