if it was going to rain during the night then yes i would of had to rewash it all, but it was fine.

Why would you have to rewash it if it's rained on? Genuine question.

No, because stuff has been pinched in the past, but I do fold it very, very carefully straight from the washer and put it in a basket.

I hang it out equally carefully because I LOATHE ironing!

  • I often hang out washing overnight and don't have an issue hanging out our underwear, after all, it's not exactly going to come as a shock to anyone that we wear it now, is it?! If people want to ogle my lingerie (or, more worryingly, OHs boxers ) that's their problem, not mine.

There was a thread on this a while back. It had never occurred to me that anyone would, but it turned out that people do. Not very moneysaving though:).

    and it rained :(

It is still on the line. Would you re-wash it or just rinse it out?

    Hi calley,

I wouldn't wash it again unless it was dirty. Some old stylers deliberately choose to put their washing out at night:

I'll add your thread to that one later to keep the replies together.
