aww Pap are they picking on you hun??Hey PAP....it made me chuckle for the first time today!!
:rotfl: No not at all Claire, Thanks Suzy. I worked it out using the rhyme, only I neglected to sing the last lineYou diet experts, if I keep my calorie intake really low for a few weeks and then go up to a normal amount will it throw my weight loss out of kilter?
I am no expert, but yes it would. It depends how low 'really low' is tbh. If you drop calories your body may force itself into starvation mode so you will if anything retain/sts weight. If your body reacts well you will lose quite a bit but when you start eating 'normally' you will gain any lost weight back. Its not worth it in my opinion, but I have tryed it and I did end up weighing more afterwards than before. Saying that my body is too stuffed up anyway you maybe different0 -

Booger. I've been keeping to less than 1000 cals generally and lost a good half a stone, but tonight I'm starving and I've just ordered pasta.
I've lost weight this way twice before, the first time I was 16 and it stayed off, the second time I went straight back into comfort eating and piled loads on (plus I was on meds which caused weight gain).
I'll start again tomorrow.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

claire, a quick though about the sold earrings, if you can't make her another pair how about offering her a special made pair? that way you won't have to refund and you've impressed her with your customer service!Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500
