Ames, how much is it and where can I get it from?

It's £3.50, I got it from WH Smith.

I'm having a brain fart moment, how much is 2000 Boots points worth? It's what they've given me after my complaint.

You diet experts, if I keep my calorie intake really low for a few weeks and then go up to a normal amount will it throw my weight loss out of kilter?
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Cool, they cost me a tenner so that's ok. I might treat myself to an Urban Decay makeup palette, I've always wanted one but they're too much for me to spend in one go. And I've already got most of my xmas presents.
