• I found Flybe caused my problems with a offer of £10 discount on the next flight (that I never ever got). By ticking a box after paying for your ticket box means Rewardsfirst.co.uk take £14.95 a month. They have done this for 5 months now. Ringing them to find out who they are and cancel it i was told I got an email giving me my membership number also telling me the terms and conditions. They then say they would have sent me a letter. The email address they gave me was not mine and they then said they could not send me a letter because they didn't have my full postal address.
And they wont refund anything. Will not use Flybe again. Beware all !!!
• Hello forum members:

Please note that Rewardsfirst.co.uk is not affiliated at all with Shopper Discounts & Rewards and our telephone numbers are not the same. Rewardsfirst.co.uk is owned and operated by an entirely different company.

Rewardsfirst.co.uk’s correct contact information is noted in the previous comment posted by “Gemjar” on 15 September 2010. If you have a Rewardsfirst.co.uk membership you should use that contact information for assistance.

If you have a Shopper Discounts & Rewards membership, the contact information is:
Telephone: 0800 731 9935
Email: customerservice@shopperdiscountsandrewards.co.uk
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm

I hope this helps to clear up the confusion and makes it easier for you to reach the correct customer service assistance that you need.

Best regards,
Mary

Indeed. Do they monitor MSE? If so, that's interesting.

It is common practise for companies to internet search for comments/complaints/"passing off" websites etc. Anything on Mse usually shows up on a search.

So, it shows that firms like Atos Origin, or some government departments, may well take an interest in MSE. Perhaps even to the extent of trolling, too. After all, planting stories in the newspapers is an old trick.
