Thanks for all the feedback. We've PM'd everyone who's mentioned issues so we can find out more and fix the problem.

In Firefox the layout is confused. Some text overwrites other text. It does not look like the example image. The layout itself is good but there are obviously font problems.0

FEEDBACK TO NEW E-MAIL
Hi Team
I found it inpossible to read your links at the top of the e-mail. I have to use the windows magnifyer when using my pc. When you mouse over the links, thay are unreadable. Change font color on mouseover and that will be brill.
It would be a lot easier to scan with the change
I sometimes read through the whole e-mail depending on what time I have and I enjoy doing so.
The smaller ones are far more better. They aren't scattered about the top any more and it is a lot more readable. nice one.
I must admit, I didn't even know it was there. this is because i use the ms magnifyer. sorry
Hope the feedback helps you guys and I love receiving your weekly e-mail.
Many Regards

In the words of Louie Walsh "I liked it!"
Much easier to find items, clearly set out!0 -
Noooooooooo. I don't like it. I'm visually impaired and now have to try and read everything whereas with the old style I knew my way around.0

:)Yes definitely much clearer and easier to read. Thanks for all the great advice and freebies too. My hubby and I look forward to your weekly emails. Keep up the good work... very much appreciated.:T0

So much better - the old one used to give me a headache sometimes as I felt is was a bit of a coloured jumble. This is so much clearer and certainly professional looking. Can see all the headings at a glance. Keep up your great work!0

Using Outlook 2003 and 10" widescreen netbook.
Was it easier to read?
Generally yes. Much better without the clutter on the top right.
Was it easier to scan?
Yes - but the new font is really not suitable - too thin in many places. Plus a right old gaudy mix of colours. Black here and there would be nice!
Do you read detailed paragraphs or just click through the links - has it made what you want to do easier?
I found myself reading every paragraph.
There are more headlines at the top but they're smaller - do you miss the bigger headlines?
No, but these are spaced out quite a lot. The actual 'Headlines' box being graduated blue was never a good idea. In the new version the type has lost the drop shadows, making it even worse.
Elsewhere, headings boxes with white type on pale graduated colours are not good. Also the pale green 'Forum Hottie' is not very clear.
Did you read the top story the one next to the headlines or skim past it (if so was it due to the content, ie tax credits, or because you didnt see it and went straight below)
I did read the top story. It was interesting and well laid out.
Were there any technical glitches or things that didnt render properly?
No, I don't think so.
Sorry to be rather negative. It is an improvement but still needs to grow up and be less comic like.0 -
I miss Archna's free game of the week - otherwise not bad, have to get used to it though...0
