That completely contradicts what you said in post 11, when you said that you thought you had moved to Sky initially for everything, including line rental, and you only just noticed?
If you thought that everything was transferred over from BT, you would have cancelled the DD.
I thought I had transfered everything , but looking at my bills a few months ago I found I was paying line rental. Which I have now transfered over.
I didnt know I was paying them as I wasnt reciveing bills at monthly intervals Paper or email reminders.
Im not concerned about the line rental . Just the add ons .ONE HOUSE , DS+ DD Missymoo Living a day at a time and getting through this mess you have created.One day life will have no choice but to be nice to me :rotfl:0
