Please don't go on about this - you won't get anywhere and the only thing you'll achieve is winding yourselves, and others up.

Just search for a thread involving Apple and a digital SLR from the end of December 05 and you'll see what a futile effort it is.

Trust me, this is from experience and small claims court with Apple. Remember the contract is only form by law when they take your money. They only do that when they are about to ship the item unless you paid by electron/solo then they take the money immediately. Any other card payment is only 'reserved'.
