I just phoned them, got through to someone who spoke perfect English until I gave him my order number, then they went really fast, stumbling over the words!
I stated that I had watched my order go from Processing, to Awaiting Shipment, back to processing. He garbled some poo about there only being 100 of the items to start with, and the warehouse isn't linked to the website, So it might have picked the item without checking orders!!!!!!!!!
I thought I would try my luck at the "Confirmation of Order" standing as a contract! But it went over his head. I asked how do I complain as I thought this was not very good customer service, he said "I don't know!"
Can you believe it?? I wasn't going to bother chasing it, but after his attitude, am gonna see how far I get!!Sig ah Sig Ahhh0 -
Got the confirmation email at 08.13 and then the cancellation one at 12.08. Still says being processed on the site though. Didn't really expect to get it but it was worth a go. Til the next one ..............If I had known then what I know now . . .
