Also I was just thinking, as I do, anyone who wants to take this further, that if there was only 100 or whatever then why did the offer say today only until midnight rather than whilst stocks last - oooooh, I feel some chin rubbing coming on!

Have spoken to my boss, and she said it's in our T&C's that a confirmation of order email is our contract, however on Mr MobileFun's site it states that the despatch email is!! PLOPpEROOOOOOOO
I am going to keep my eye on that site, and as soon as I see a TOMTOM710, they'll be AVIN IT!!

got a laptop from laptops direct and they even took payment!!!

but their terms are until the item has been dispatched there is no contract - everyone differs
