I'm happy with what I've won (£170). I've still got enough predictor days left but whether or not I'll be quick enough to get a square is another matter, and I've still got days picked uptill Sunday. I reckon there is something dodgy going on this week as I know too many people who have sat and watched it rain on their spot these past few days and then been told by walkers that they didn’t win.
I was in London on Tuesday and had to walk round the west end getting soaked from the minute I left the hotel at 9am through to 5pm! Yet if you look at Tuesday’s map – there are no blue squares at all on the whole of central London!
I guess we have no way of proving that they are rigging it, but if they’ve paid out as much as that newspaper article says then maybe they are trying to do some last minute adjustments to prevent heavy losses in the last few days?
Incidentally – when you get your cheque it actually comes from a risk-based competition company that Walkers have actually contracted with – so they will have paid a fixed fee up front for the promotion and the risk company will be the ones trying to ensure they still make a profit. If it is rigged in anyway then it won’t be Walkers manipulating the data!0 -
looks like the website is on lockdown - clearly this comp is backfiring for walkers lol
(ive played afew times but won nothing - cool to hear people have won £100+ on this comp)0 -
I won 3 out of my first 5 attempts. Since then I have had about 7 losing attempts in a row, despite using the same technique the whole time. I get the feeling they have moved the goalposts.....However £30 so far isn't to be sniffed at!0

As I said – it’s not back-firing on Walkers.
They have paid a fixed fee for the promotion, so they have control of their costs. The risk is taken by the company running the competition – called VCG Promorisk0
