Contaminated fuel

Yes but their issue went away after a top up
Not necessarily some are still in garages, one has reported injector damage etc. I've done a long search and read several websites all reporting different outcomes.Even one of Shell's own write up's states "if the mix is wrong can cause damage to engines" - they are trying to say that of course they are careful to get it right but it does admit that if they get a mix wrong.....0 -
All anecdotal, nothing proven.0

Well you still need to prove it as it could be due to so many things. Get it in a garage and find out! Until you do you have nowhere to go.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
roll on the 24th.....0

Have you contacted Trading Standards - they may be able to check the filling station's fuel to see if there is any contamination. (Although this will only check the current fuel available).0

Spoken to TS.
To give them time to reply to my letter to MD then write again stating that am going to get Independant report done and if this proves fuel at fault then will be sending them the bill under sale of goods act.
Note; more replies to weblink above....0 -

Seems to me that you're jumping the gun. Until your garage checks it out then you are convinced it's a fuel contamination issue. It may be. It may not be.The man without a signature.0 -
