Shysarah ((((hugs))) for you too - you have had a lot on your plate this week and being in so much pain I think you should be really pleased with what you have done
rach fingers crossed for DH:) and I will have my lappy with me so will be watching for news!
Triker I have to say you are very lucky with your DH doing that - he obviously cares and loves you very much - thank goodness its not a an attack and just a bug - I hope its out of your system now - thats the problem when you have an illness when you get a bug it affects you much worse than other people - take it slowly my lovely friend xx Thanks for your lovely words they mean a great deal. (((hus))) and love to you xx
ETA thanks for the suggestions re the paving - I thought about the council this morning so will get in touch and see what they say first - as more than half the path is shared with one of their tenants they may be willing to redo it all (it is needing it) but I might have to pay towards it - can but try!
Choccybix ouch at the car bill!
boddy I hope thats the turning point with your cough and it will go away now.
LameWolf thanks but never mind about me you sound as if you should be resting and getting your strength back and not worrying about the flying - and especially since you are having a visit from a huge slobbering, drooling dust creating jay-cloth - I wouldnt bother:rotfl: you will have more to do once he has left!!!! take care of yourself and rest (((hugs))))
Dusty thanks for the recipe - I might even attempt it!!!:rotfl:
sammr85 read this for explanation of 'spoons'!

Mumto5 (((hugs))) I dont know what to say honey -I hope you are able to get it clearer in your head today and have had a chance to speak to DH - you must be so angry/frustrated/ worried - I hope DS sees the light soon!
TRIKER HAVE YOU DONE THE ANNOUCEMENT FOR THE PAPER??
nattyt good luck to your sister - I hope she copes ok with the split - well done for helping - you cant do everythimg so your flying will have to wait a bit - family is far more important just now.
I had a text from Natty68 she can see the thread but not post - she is having a lovely time and so are the dogs!!!!
what should have been an idustrious day isnt going to be!!! I got a text from the cleaner to say she wasnt coming today - thats her last chance gone so I need to get another more reliable one. Just what i didnt need the weekend before going into hospital as well - will need to try to do the ironing over the next few days as well as housework!
the gardener has been and been efficient as usual - she is a gem - and has also given me some ideas about the path. she planted hebes, daffodils and snowdrops.
the DN has been and changed my dressing - it is still not quite healed over - only about 1.5 inch left but healing nicely all the same.
the sun has come out so better go hang out the washing.

Back hall now all cleaned as well as back door and windows.

Got a letter from the sw today to say she was coming out on the 15th (rollie eyes) so i rang and explained letter only came today, she called out anyway yesterday.
We're to go in tomorrow morning and then she's coming out to speak to the kids, i explained the kids don't know about hubby's illness or that he was in hospital. I don't mind talking to them but the kids know nothing.
Hubby has himself all worked up and blaming himself for them being envolved. He's just not well enough to cope with it.
LW big hugs.
Toots big hugs.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

No flying for me today as have the worst cold/flu-y virus sinus type thing that has knocked me off my feet and meant no running this week which is bad news for me as I was enjoying it so much
Last night had to drag myself outside to get the washing off the line, stick it in the basket and leave it damp there in the kitchen. This is most unusual for me. Put it back out this morning and washed up last nights pots (again I always wash up after tea)
Haven't done anything so far today apart from this as just can't manage it apart from blow my nose constantly for 5 days now.
Hoping feel better tomorrow and will tackle the lists then and mae a good start while waiting in for my new phone to arrive
I hope everyone else is ok and doing well and I hope this is my first and last bug of the new seasonfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
