hi all
Didn't have the xray in the end; told the technician there was a (slim) possibility & she said not to. Consultant was suitably grumpy about that, and made me do a pg test, which was of course negative, seeing as I'm not even late. In the end he referred me to physio. All in all, took 2 hours, when the whole thing could have been done in 5 minutes
Been trying to sort out my downstairs shower room. We had to clear everything out, so that the decorator could do the ceiling, and she's finished now, so I get to move everything back in. But of course there's dust everywhere.. & I want to clear out the little chest of drawers before it goes back. No such thing as a simple job!
Feel a bit blue, so I've got a glass of wine while dinner is cooking. Please tell me one of you lovely flyladies will join me, so I'm not drinking on my own?!

I spent about 90 mins on the church mag and have broken the back of it. I wish people would send stuff by email though, someone sent me something on a floppy disk! We don't have a disk drive!
Have also hung up the washing and spoken to MiL on the phone. Just internet and tv for me tonight. DH currently swearing at the playstation!
eta: have also just listed surplus steriliser on netmums, have a set of cordless phones to put on there too but can't be bothered to go and check how many there are!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Good evening  Scout meeting was very efficient (guess who was Guest Chair for the evening
) so we finished sooner than usual. As I hadn't had a chance to change from my cycling trousers after getting in from work, I've come home and had a relax before I need to go and collect the children from Explorers. They're having a party for the three who are off to uni, so DD especially is very sad
I'm taking DD to look at Loughborough Uni tomorrow, which is highly regarded for Art. Will be nice to have some girly time, and I'll treat her to lunch :TI spent about 90 mins on the church mag and have broken the back of it. LOL, coincidentally, I found an external floppy drive in a drawer at work today. I might "liberate" it for just those eventualities :rotfl:

Evening all
Keeping up with the flying/decluttering and thus not the thread.
I can really notice the difference in the house now the kids are back at school but it is nice when they come home for the day too (DS1 home every lunchtime for a chat and a snack).
Plan to be out most of tomorrow so won't be doing much flying. Off to soak my feet, sort my receipt drawer and watch Ugly Betty simultaneously. Hoping DS3 doesn't come downstairs as he thinks DS2 is down here doing homework when infact he went into London 3 hours ago to meet DH from work and go to watch the Arsenal game.
