    Afternoon all

    I've done all of today's list. Also damp wiped living room and computer desk and vacuumed right through and did the stairs.

    One load of washing done, some hokey-cokeying but it's out at the moment. Very breezy.

    I'm using my old washing basket (finally got a new one last week) to hold the Christmas shopping I've started, got carrier bags in there with names on and I've covered it over with a throw so it doesn't look too bad in the corner of the bedroom.

    Bah humbug....

    Happy anniversary Lame-Wolves:)

    Hmm...the oven...well I looked inside...and have done some cleaning of it. It is better than it was and has been cleaned thoroughly...it just isn't clean. I have got better and have been wiping over when I use it so I am slowly getting there. Don't want to use anything too harsh as I am using it later and don't want and cleaning smells to stay in there. I may try 5 minutes a day on it and then really have a go at the weekend.

  • I'm back again - but still no cleaning done....:o

    I have:

    * Picked chard, parsley and runner beans from the garden
    * Picked tomatoes and chilli peppers from the g/house
    * Made an egg, bacon and chard pie from scratch (even the pastry)
    * Carried on with the bottled fruit - removed from hot water and set in a safe place
    * Made ham stock from the gammon bones in my slow cooker (will leave till tonight, late)
    * Washed up
    * Thrown some evil stuff out of the fridge

    Lunch now, I think, while the pie is cooking. Then .... who knows? May do some cleaning at last!

    Off to stick bread in toaster.
