Why have you edited my username in the quote?

But again Ken you are inaccurate and have not read my post properly.

Nobody is in a defensive mode. Why would I need to be? I am not declaring my professional status on the site and will continue not to untill Martin himself decides how it is to be done. He is the only one who's decision on the matter actually counts after all.

You state that the companies who you mention do not post on the site, this is in fact incorrect. L&C have an employee who is a regular contributer to the boards and even has their company name and weblink in his signature at the bottom of each post. There are also employees of Charcoalonline, a fee charging company who are limited to a panel of 36 lenders, who also post here on occasion.

Of late Ken I have to say that I have been in agreement with a lot of what you are saying, however at least allow me the courtesy to disagree or state where you are incorrect without it being seen as anything other than stating fact.
London and Country do not have a website ,phone contact only,so how can a link to their site be in a signature

Wrong again Ken. You are losing credibility with each statement.

You really must learn to research properly before you make such comments.

I am not entering into any kind of ill informed dabate with you on this thread. You have overtaken it (as usual) and are now completely detracting from the Original Poster's question.

Start your own thread to raise the issues (such that they are) regarding the use of brokers.

And *shock* there is a link to the L&C website!

Surely Ken you couldn't get something as basic as that wrong?

Guys (Payless, Andy, Homer, HWIC, MM) I thought we made all this up so we could stir up Ken - but no, we speak the truth! :rotfl:

Please please please Ken can we just answer the OPs question and leave it at that?

Sure happy to oblige will this help, remember I am not a broker ,but if you need help

Have you asked about fees and commission ,you usually pay a higher fee and higher commission to the broker ,when your credit record is not perfect ,you need to know.
also quote the terms to another broker ,see it it can be beaten, this can be done without lenders name ,but you need to know about how much each broker is going to charge and what commission the lender is giving ,that is your legal right.
have a go on the wizard on this site, will not give you a definitive answer because of your credit report, but it will be an indicator ,use the free phone number and speak to them www.charcolonline.co.uk

Has any-one got London & Country's Website details
as try this no fee broker to complete https://www.lcplc.co.uk
