Ordered sky today and just got 1/2 price code...help!

After spending 2 days looking at diffrent providers I decided to go with sky.
I have gone for basic package plus 2 extras and so I didnt have to pay for the box I added on movies which I was told I could remove after a month...although I had to pay installation grrrr
In effect I paid £30 for installation £28 for the first month and £20 after i remove the movies package.
I ordered this afternoon and asked what deals they could do (none)and have just found online a 12 month half price code!!Im gutted!
my question is would I be able to cancel what I ordered today and reorder using the code....or call them and ask if they will apply the code to my account.
I can get most channels,extra box upstairs etc for less than iv just signed up for AND free installation.

UPDATE...
I called sky this morning have been passed round all departments.....at first the bloke said they would let me remove the movie package hmmmm not really the point!At last I spoke to someone that told me the department I need have a 20 min wait but gave me the direct dial and told me to tell them I have a code that has not been applied and they SHOULD put the half price offer on my account and refund the installation fee.

1/2 price sky for 12 months,inc free hd box and installation.
not sure but may be for new customers only have a peep
you need to copy and paste the code then when it directs you to the sky site click on home and then quick buy...then it asks for a code just paste in there and that seems to do the trick.
let me know how you get on.
sky set me up a new account this afternoon on the half price offer:jbut i have to phone through myself to cancel the other account and its been a nightmare getting through.ill try again in the mornin

Im made up....well will be when i manage to get through to cancel the old account.

I would only ever get Sky with a half price deal or something like that as its too expensive! Anyone know what this code is please?
