The bad news is this is the standard response I got from my first email to them!!!! Once I managed to get some contact with them they admitted that they had been shipped and then left outside my house and obviously stolen as they did not need a signature.
Since being told on monday evening that I would get a refund and a confirmation email on Tuesday I would like to say that I have not received either - have emailed them again today - hope to get some response asap.
I placed my order over 2 weeks ago - have got no goods or refund - I am very angry now.
Anyone who is thinking of ordering anything from this company DON'T this is the worst company I have ever dealt with as there is no way of communicating with them if things go wrong.0 -
I am still awaiting reply from rubbersole and i am not very pleased on how they deal with complaints. i tried asking quidco if they have a contact number for rubbersole and explained to them why i wanted it. I am now wondering how rubbersole managed to get a contract with quidco surely they must have a contact number. this is their reply:
I do apologise for any disappointment caused by this so far. The problem is that we do not work direct with these merchants so we do not have a contact that we can supply you with. I would recommend you keep trying to get hold of them and I apologise again for any disappointment caused by this so far.

I also tried to order fitflops from rubbersole on 15th Sept via quidco but so far no sign of them! I've tried emailing both companies but no replies so NOT impressed with either services (I'm a newbe to quidco so I thought they would be more helpful) so do I re-order and risk getting (eventually!) two pairs or just give it up as a bad thing!!!0

I ordered mine on the 12th september and got them on the 15th and I'm in northern ireland they where delivered with no problems

I too am in Northern Ireland but alas still no delivery of any said items.
Starting to really lose heart with this company now - the fact that there is no honest response says a lot for a company. If the had just come out & said "Ooops we forgot/lost your order, have a refund" would have gone a lot further than leaving everyone in the dark not knowing if the delivery will arrive or not.
If they don't arrive by tomorrow which will be 2 weeks exactly when I received the dispatched email then I'm afarid I will have to cancel the order.

Result, This morning I received a full refund for my fitflops. The courier left a card saying my shoes were in the green grass recycling bin in my front garden, they were not there when we got home.Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

I'm new to this site so please bear with me - haven't used a forum before. 2scoops2 you say you received a DM on twitter from Rubbersole about your order. I have now tried for 3 days to contact this company unsuccessfully. My order was despatch but on Monday after 10 days ended up back with them. So now they have my goods, my money and they haven't contacted me at all and I am getting no reply to my emails. Tried the phone number to leave a message but I don't think this worked either. Are you saying they are contactable on twitter?0
