Half Price on some Flipflops - Free Delivery

mine was delivered last friday and since nobody was at home to receive it it was supposedly left in a secure area according to the card left... secure area at my backyard and yet nowhere to be found. i wonder how the delivery man managed to put it in my backyard as theres no way to be able to get into unless he swing it on top of the roof :eek: really upset as i ordered 2 pairs. sent them an email today and awaiting reply.

I bought the original sytle red ones for £21 at Lookatmycrazyshoes.com and the bronze ones from rubbersole for £25. Both had free delivery and I received them within 2-3 days. Used quidco for both too so saved another 8%.

I have the same problem - ordered my fitflops last wednesday according to the tracking it says they were delivered on Saturday - there was no one at home, I have checked with neighbours but they did not leave them there. I rang the delivery company and they just say to contact Rubbersole. As there is no telephone number to call them I have since sent 6 emails to them but have had no response at all!!!

im still waiting for their reply and i only sent 1 email! i am going to send them more!!! :mad: please let me know when u hear from them...hopefully sooner.

i had to sign for them can you not find out who signed for them from company that delivered

I rang the Home Delivery Network who are the company that the tracking information provides. They said according to their information they have been delivered on Saturday 18th and they did not need a signature!!

I have since sent another 3 emails but have still not had any response from them. It is very frustrating that there are no phone numbers on their website. I did find a number when searching on the internet but when you call it just says 'sorry we cannot take your call and puts you onto an answer machine but this cuts off before you can leave a message!'

I now think that I have lost £25 as they have taken my money but I have not had any goods. :mad:

i just sent then another email. also i sent quidco an email asking them if them have a contact number and explaining why i needed it, probably you wanted to do it as well(?)

hope we can sort this out. as £50 is way too much!

I tried this number several times yesterday and this morning and the message says: your call cannot be answered at this time please leave a message- then cuts off. :mad:
