• nobody signed it. and they left a card saying that it has been left in a secure area (my backyard) but when i got home in the evening i cannot find it. i have checked my backyard several times.

i just sent then another email. also i sent quidco an email asking them if them have a contact number and explaining why i needed it, probably you wanted to do it as well(?)

hope we can sort this out. as £50 is way too much!

My work college ordered some the same day as me and hers were just left outside the front door of our Offices on an Industrial Estate. The tracking says they were left in a secure place at 12.18 on Saturday. No one arrived at the office until monday morning at 9 am - they were just sitting on the front doorstep. It is very surprising that they were still there!!!

On Rubbersole's website it says under the delivery tab: Deliveries will be between 9-5 Monday to Friday and on a signed for delivery.

  • Hi

Would it be worth contacting the bank/credit card company to stop the payment. You should be able to dispute the payment on the grounds on non receipt, especially if you did not sign for the shoes and have the calling card saying they have been left somewhere?

    Sorry to hear your problems

  • I ordered mine last Friday from Rubbersole and they've just arrived, I did have to sign for them. Their website changed from next day, to 5-day, to 7-day.
    Thanks to the OP:)
  • I order 3 things from Rubbersole - have received 2 items but not the £84 trainers or any paperwork! The contact button on the website does not seem to work. I found an email address elsewhere but have not had a response.
Does anyone have a phone number?
  • I had a reply from one of my emails (sent 6 or 7) on Thursday and it just said they had checked the tracking and it was saying delivered (which is what I told them) and they would contact Home Delivery Service to find out why I had not got them. Have not heard anything since so re-emailed today to ask what the current situation is.

As yet still no shoes or refund - I placed this order on 15th September!!!!!

UPDATE: as I was typing this I had an email reply from them asking for a contact telephone number for me. They have just rung and told me that as it would appear that my parcel was stolen from my doorstep they will issue me a full refund. Fingers crossed, and I will update you if this happens. They did say they have been inundated with orders following a post on here and are trying to get round to everyone. Hope you all get good news soon.

ps the number they called on was withheld - or I would have let you know it!
  • Just to let you guys know I ordered with rubbersole.co.uk on Tuesday 14th Sept 2010 & got a dispatched email on Friday 17th Sept 2010

When I track my order with rubbersole i get the following message

"The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference"

When I visit royalmail.com & use the Post Office tracking ref I get the following message:-

"Information on your item is not yet available online. "

I phoned Royal Mail & they have no record of the tracking ref which rubbersole give me.

No answer from numerous emails, I have tried phoning no answer, straight to voicemail, I have also tweeted them with no repsone even though thay have been tweeting new products available.

    Any suggestion

    Thanks

  • I ordered mine on the Saturday. They arrived on the following Tuesday, but were just left in the middle of my back garden. If it wasn't for the fact that we have been using the back door to get in and out of the house due to decorating, I may not have found them for a few days. Oh and it was raining that day, so wasn't best pleased.
